 Hello friends,

What I am about to share today might appeal to some while displeasing others. People today have become incredibly busy with their lives—whether rich or poor, everyone is entangled in the complexities of family, jobs, or business. Amidst this busyness, people often neglect their health. I am not saying everyone is like this; a certain percentage of people *are* conscious of their health.

The root cause of our health issues today lies in our diet. If you reflect on it, you will realize that almost everything we consume contains chemical additives in some form. These are often necessary for preservation; if food is to be stored for a long time, chemicals must be added. Even farmers are not exempt from this; to ensure a good harvest, they too must use chemical fertilizers and pesticides. You can thus understand just how contaminated our food supply has become. How, then, can we remain truly healthy?

When it comes to healthcare, people today rely heavily on allopathic medicines—perhaps because they offer immediate relief. However, many remain unaware of the potential side effects. Long-term use of allopathic drugs can often lead to harm rather than benefit. People have drifted away from Ayurveda; some believe it is ineffective or too slow-acting, questioning why they should wait so long for results. Yet, if you recall stories from 30 or 40 years ago—perhaps about your own grandmothers—you would know how they used wild herbs to cure ailments like injuries or fevers. So friends, even today, we can access simple health tips—whether through people around us or via social media—and follow them to lead a healthy life.
You have likely heard of or seen a particular country; if not, it is certainly worth learning about. That country is Russia. Even today, the people of Russia are so healthy that you cannot guess their age just by looking at them. Siberia is home to rare herbs that help them maintain a healthy lifestyle, and the good news is that Russian products made from these very herbs are now available here in India, helping us all lead healthier lives.
